If you're ready to return your core, you're in the right place! We strive to make the return process quick and easy. Please review the steps below to ensure a smooth return.
How the Core Return Process Works:
Complete the Core Return Form
Once your core is Ready to Return, fill out the Core Return Form, on this page.Receive Your Bill of Lading (BOL)
After submitting the form, we’ll email you the BOL. This document acts as your shipping label and includes essential information for the carrier.Print the Documents
You must print all documents from the email — detailed instructions will be provided.Have the BOL Ready at Pickup
The carrier will not pick up your core without printed copies of the BOL.Get Your PRO Number
The driver will place a PRO (tracking) sticker on your copy of the BOL. Keep this copy — it’s your proof that the core was picked up.
Your Core Is “Ready to Return” When:
It is fully intact/assembled — no holes or cracks
It is completely drained of fluids
It is packaged in the same container your product arrived in
If your core meets all the above conditions, you're ready to return it!
