I had an excellent experience working with Duston while looking into purchasing a remanufactured engine. I have experience working in the automotive/mechanical industry, so I tend to ask a lot of detailed and technical questions before making a major purchase like an engine. Duston was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process.
I had several questions regarding the engine itself, warranty coverage, self-installation, included components, and the purchasing process. Duston took the time to answer everything clearly rather than giving me generic answers or trying to rush me into a sale. When I noticed a discrepancy between the warranty paperwork and the newer 4-year warranty, he took the extra time to clarify it and send me additional information confirming the updated coverage. He also clearly explained how the warranty applies when performing a self-installation.
Having experience in the automotive field, I really appreciate dealing with someone who is willing to discuss the technical details and make sure the customer understands exactly what they are purchasing. If Duston didn't immediately have something in front of him, he made the effort to get the information for me rather than guessing or brushing off the question.
What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured into purchasing anything. Duston was straightforward, responsive, and genuinely seemed interested in making sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
I plan on purchasing my engine from this company, and the customer service I received from Duston is a major reason I feel comfortable doing so. I specifically wanted to leave this review so management knows what an outstanding job he is doing representing the company. Customer service like this deserves recognition.
