What is a Core, and why is it showing a Core charge on my invoice?

A Core charge is a deposit to insure that we receive the undamaged Core (old product) back for remanufacturing. Unlike most others in this industry, we don’t charge you upfront for your Core. The Core Charge that you see on the invoice is letting you know that if the Core is not returned within forty-five(45) days of receipt, then we will charge you the amount shown for your core. If your Core is returned within that 45 day window consider the fee covered by us.
What is our return or cancellation policy?

The product must be in its original shipping condition(packaging). Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee.Cancellation:If the order is cancelled for whatever reason before it is shipped, the customer is subject to a servicing/handling fee of up to $30.00. If the order is cancelled for whatever reason after it has shipped, the standard restocking fee noted in returns will be charged.
What is the difference between rebuilt and remanufactured?

A remanufactured engine or transmission is considered ‘as new’ since it has been completely cleaned, re-tooled, and re-machined to the manufacturer’s original specifications and comes with a warranty for your protection and added security.
