Duston has spent most of his career — about 20 years — in the oil & gas industry, learning the ropes, dealing with the chaos, and building up a solid set of skills along the way. For the last 2.5 years, he has been working with Powertrain Company, where he has enjoyed the change of pace and new challenges. Along the way, because of his entrepreneurial spirit, he has started and ran a couple small businesses.

Outside of work, life’s all about family, sports and fun. Him and his wife Julie share four awesome kids and eight grandkids who keep life interesting and loud — in the best way.

When he's off the clock, you’ll usually find him watching football (Dallas Cowboys and OU), catching an OU basketball game, yelling at the Thunder on TV, or hoping the Chicago Cubs don’t blow a late-inning lead. You can also find him poolside, grilling with friends and family, and enjoying a good drink in good company.

He's basically a hard-working guy who enjoys sports, BBQ, cold drinks, and making the most of the time he gets with family and friends.
