The 3.5L i5 inline five-cylinder engine–known as the L52–fits various Chevy, GMC, and Isuzu vehicles manufactured between 2004 and 2006, including the popular 2005 Chevy Colorado. It has approximately 220 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and around 225 lb-ft of torque at 2,800 rpm, a bore and stroke of 93 x 102 mm, and a compression ratio of 10.0:1. The i5 engine has a multi-port fuel injection system and dual overhead camshafts (DOHC). Our engineers have meticulously cleaned, retooled, and tested this engine to restore it to OEM condition.
