The GM Vortec 3700 is a five cylinder 3.7L engine that used variable valve timing instead of EGR to help it meet emissions requirements of the time. This also made the engine simpler while increasing overall power. This is a remanufactured version suited for GM off-road vehicles and trucks from 2007/2008.
