Rob Valdez was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to getting the correct engine. He is always available to answer questions and get the order right. The Subaru EJ25 engine I bought fit right into the engine bay, no problems.

I purchased a remanufactured transmission for my truck in May 2025. Sadly the front pump was bad. It took 8 months to reveal itself. When it did.. Stephen Butts from the sales department, Kylar Dobbs from the warranty company and Chad Jones sales manager, all worked together to make sure I received a new transmission ASAP. They were awesome. Answering my every question. I know I was a real pain in the backside at times. But, their professionalism & understanding never wavered. They were always respectful & polite. They called me a few days after the new transmission was installed to make sure it was performing as promised. Which it absolutely is. Smooth shifting, no noise of any kind. I'm wicked happy with my overall experience with Powertrain Company. If Stephen, Chad and Kylar read this review THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! I will definitely recommend Powertrain Company to anyone seeking a reputable & trustworthy company when they need a engine/transmission for their vehicle.
